Tell us about your trip

Provide pickup and destination addresses, the appointment date and time, and whether you need a return trip. Caregivers can also help coordinate transportation using the appropriate booking flow.

Include mobility and vehicle requirements

Specify assistance needs and the requested vehicle type when booking. Availability and suitability must be confirmed for the individual trip; submitting a request does not guarantee a particular vehicle.

Review payment and booking details

The booking flow lets you review the available self-pay or insurance options and the trip estimate. Insurance coverage is subject to eligibility and approval; a request is not a guarantee of coverage.
